Frequently Asked Questions
A subscription plan enables access to a library of resources including the industry benchmark practice for waterproofing, a powerful search engine, and a workspace to bookmark, annotate, save and share material. Once you have a subscription plan you are eligible to purchase add-ons. The add-ons include the National Construction Code primary referenced standards, and other sets of Australian Standards.
Bronze Subscription 1 to 4 users
Silver Subscription 5 to 10 users
Gold Subscription 11 to 19 users
Platinum Subscription 20 to 50 users
Subscriptions plans are for 1 year and automatically renew after 12 months.
Subscription add-on packs are available in 1, 2, or 3 year periods.
Each add-on pack purchased allows 2, 3, or 4 users to access the NCC Primary References Set simultaneously. These users are nominated by their subscription manager.
Up to 19 users may access the NCC Primary References Large Business Set simultaneously. These users are nominated by their subscription manager.
Each pack purchased allows 2, 3, or 4 users to access the Building Essentials sets.
Subscribers may select 1, 2 or 3 year subscription periods.
Each pack purchased allows 2, 3, or 4 users to access the Trade Sets.
myBIG provides access to the current National Construction Code 2022.

The Workspace is your organisation's base in myBIG. Just login and your Workspace is available in the menu.
In the Workspace, you can add folders to suit your organisation, clients, projects, sites, and resources. To save copies of documents, just 'Select a copy or add to folder' in the DocViewer.
The Workspace also has your Recent documents, private Bookmarks, shared Annotations, and all the resources in your Collections.

myBIG includes annotation functionality for all our documents in the Library. You'll need to login and be subscribed to annotate the documents in the DocViewer.
Everyone in your subscription can create, read, share and comment on annotations. It allows online collaboration and discussions.
There are many annotation types to use, with Annotate, Shapes, Insert, Fill and Sign, and Comments toolbars, and also Print, Download, Share functionality when permitted.

myBIG collects all the documents you hold when subscribed. Collections displays all the myBIG documents your subscription allows access to.
You’ll need to login to view the Collections tab in the Workspace.
