This Document is known as the Best Practice Industry Conditions.

The Agreement covers:

the Employer;
the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU);
Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union, Electrical, Energy and Services Division, Qld and NT Branch (“the ETU”);
Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union, Queensland and Northern Territory Plumbing Divisional Branch) (the CEPU);
and Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union Queensland and Northern Territory Divisional Branch (AMWU);
and Employees, collectively known as the Parties.
This Agreement only applies to work done in Queensland and to work temporarily done outside Queensland by Employees who are based in Queensland.
