VIC LEGISLATION

The objectives of these Regulations are—

(a) to regulate access to high consequence dangerous goods; and
(b) to provide for the management of risks arising out of security concerns associated with explosives and high consequence dangerous goods; and
(c) to make consequential amendments to the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2011.
