Description
Information about a licences and certificates in minor trade work.
You must have a licence before you do any residential building work in NSW, including minor trade work, valued at more than $5000 (incl GST) in labour and materials.
Scope
Minor trade work means new, repair or replacement work that cannot be easily assigned to an individual specific trade area.
