Description

Integration of vertical transportation products (lifts, escalators or moving walkways) is captured as a building element of residential apartment buildings (Class 2 buildings).

The Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (the DBP Act) has requirements relating to the design and construction of the integration of vertical transportation products in class 2 buildings and buildings with a class 2 part.
