This is a compilation of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 that shows the text of the law as amended and in force on 1 December 2019 (the compilation date). (FEDERAL legislation.)

These regulations are the Building Regulations 2012.

The object of this Act is to promote work health and safety in relation to building work undertaken by a constitutional corporation, the Commonwealth or a corporate Commonwealth entity.

Pay rates change from 1 July each year, the rates in this guide apply from the first full pay period on or after 01 July 2021.
