We understand that staying up-to-date with the latest reference materials in your field can be a challenge, which is why we make it easier than ever to access all the content you need in one convenient location, your myBIG Workspace.

If you are new to myBIG and haven’t used your Workspace before, you may not know how useful it is! Your Workspace is a shared area where only you and those on your subscription can see. If you have a myBIG subscription, you have a Workspace.

Here is what it does:

• The Folders tab contains all the folders created for your organisation’s document management, Clients, Sites, Projects and more. Folders allow you to save your favourite resources for easy and quick access, as well as annotating specifically for one project.
• The Recent tab shows the last 10 resources you’ve viewed, so you can quickly pick up from where you left off.
• The Bookmarks tab allows you to create a direct link into a resource. You can name the bookmark anything you like. You can also save bookmarks in your browser, or send a link via email directly to a page in a document on myBIG.
• The Annotations tab shows all the annotations, notes, links, and comments added by anyone in your subscription to any resources, in the library or saved to folders. Annotations are a great way to seek feedback, instruct, or confirm directly from within a resource, with an easy messaging interface available for all your subscription users.
• And now, the new Collections tab shows all your subscribed document groups in one place. You can see which collections you have access to, and those you don’t. From each collection you can view all resources currently available and the options for subscribing for access to those resources. You can save them into folders for sharing with your subscription users and annotate or bookmark as you need.

The Workspace is where we will be adding future integrations and feature enhancements, so check back to see what we add, and in the meantime, make the most of your Workspace.
