Scope

This Amendement applies to Clauses 1.1, 2.5.5, 2.5.6, 2.5.7, 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3 and 5.3.2, Tables 3.1, 4.1(A), 4.1(B), and 6.1, Figures 2.4 and 4.1, and Appendices B, D, E and F.
